The Eagle Creek Village site has continued to be extremely busy with upwards of 70 construction workers on site working hard to complete Phase I of this project. The concrete and reinforcing trades have continued their progress for installation of footings, columns, foundation walls, stairwells, and suspended slabs in Buildings 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7 area. The mechanical trade continues to install piping to extend from main drainage lines to service areas of the buildings as well as rough in to the suspended slabs. The electrical trades continue with inspections and installation of underground hydro and data conduits. The earthworks trade continues with crushing rock, detail excavation, back filling and installing underground services as well as alternate site access and remaining cleanup blasting around the site. The structural steel and decking for Building 8 is complete and you can now picture what this building will look like once it's completed. Building 6 structural steel is set to arrive in early January. Clearing and excavation has begun in preparation for blasting for road access to Phase II.
