Eagle Creek Village has undergone significant changes over the summer and into the fall. This is an exciting time for the development as the majority of buildings are entering the final stages of completion and handover to tenants is beginning.
The earthwork contractors continued installing underground services both on and off site. Work on the roundabout at the hospital entrance has continued, along with curb and sidewalk prep along Watkiss Way and Helmcken Road. Parking lot grading is underway, and exterior steel stud wall framing / sheathing, glazing and envelope work continued on buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. Mechanical and electrical contractors continued rough in for the parkade and buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. Overall, the site is really starting to taking shape.
- Building 1: Start envelope prep. Continued exterior walls and mechanical electrical rough in and complete roofing.
- Building 2: Continue electrical and mechanical rough in, exterior envelope work and interior finishes
- Building 3 and 4: Continue wood framing, plumbing rough in, exterior steel stud walls on commercial level.
- Building 5: Complete framing and boarding exterior walls and glazing.
